Description:

The main crystalline phase of magnesia bricks is periclase, which has the typical characteristics of general alkaline refractory products. The raw material of magnesia brick mainly is magnesite. According to different production processes magnesia brick can be divided into sintered magnesia brick and chemically combined magnesia brick . The sintered magnesia brick is made of a magnesite sand which has been deadly burned and has a proper particle size ratio, and then a brine and a sulfite pulp waste liquid are added as a binder, and then pressure-molded, and finally fired at a high temperature. However, the chemically bonded magnesia brick does not undergo a firing process, so its strength is low, and its performance is not as good as that of sintered magnesia brick, but it is inexpensive.

High refractoriness, higher thermal conductivity, strong alkali resistance

Converter, RH vacuum processing furnace, tunnel kiln, glass kiln regenerative chamber
